Disclaimer

This report is a result of a visual inspection done at the time of service. It is intended as a convenience to our customers, not a certification of fire worthiness, safety or any guarantee of functionality. Since conditions of use and hidden construction defects are beyond our control, no warranty is made for the safety or function of any items inspected and none is to be implied. The services you are provided may be performed by an independent contractor. Your inspection is an opinion based upon Virginia building codes regarding the chimney industry. We advise an engineering review for inspections requiring repair.

Warranty

The contractor guarantees workmanship (labor) for 365 days unless otherwise stated. Product warranties are handled by manufacturers. Labor warranties are explicitly labeled. All warranties are void if payment is not made on time.

Extended Warranty

Extended warranties up to 10 years are available if annual inspections are maintained. Coverage excludes misuse, third-party work, and customer-related issues.

Responsibilities of Customer

Customer agrees to hold contractor harmless from damages caused by pre-existing conditions including structural, electrical, or environmental issues. Liability is limited to service cost.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. Collection costs may apply.

Additional Policies

Includes discounts, cancellations, delays, governing law, and contractor compliance. All agreements must be in writing.
