What we collect

When you look up a ZIP code, we use it to find the territory for your area. When you send a form, we store the details you enter so we can reply. When you call 833-CHIMNEY, your call is routed by ZIP code to the member company for your area and may be recorded for quality and training.

How we use it

To connect you with a local company, reply to your request, and improve our service. We do not sell your request to multiple companies.

Analytics

We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. To learn which advertising and websites send people to us, your browser remembers how you first arrived (for example the ad, search engine or website that sent you, and the first page you saw). That note is sent along when you submit a form or tap a call button. A tap on a call button is counted by area code and source only.
